We use the finest ingredients, sourcing products locally where possible and our simple but tasty menu’s will satisfy the culinary needs of our hardiest skiers.
The day starts with a hearty cooked breakfast or a healthier option of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, croissants and pain au chocolat, served with a choice of teas, freshly brewed coffee and a variety of fruit juices.
After skiing, homemade cakes and tea and coffee await your arrival from the slopes. An honesty bar at Les Cimes is available for anyone wanting something a little stronger. In the evening put your feet up while savouring the tastes of the chef’s selection of canapés with your favourite aperitif.
In the evening our chef Petra will impress the most gourmet eaters by serving a delicious three course evening meal accompanied by a choice of carefully selected French wines and rounded off with a selection of local cheeses and coffee.
