Cuisine

We believe that the cuisine is very much an important part of your skiing holiday and ensure that our chefs have the experience to deliver.

Start the day with a hearty cooked breakfast or a healthier option of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, croissants and pain au chocolat, served with a choice of English tea, freshly brewed coffee and a variety of fruit juices.

After skiing, home made cakes and fresh tea and coffee await your arrival from the slopes. An honesty bar at Les Cimes is available for anyone wanting something a little stronger.

Relax!

And put your feet up while savouring the tastes of the chef's selection of canapés with your favourite aperitif.

Enjoy! Using good quality fresh ingredients and the finest cuts of meat, our chef with years of experience will impress the most gourmet eaters by serving a delicious three course evening meal accompanied by a choice of carefully selected French wines and rounded off with a cheeseboard and coffee.
