1. Booking a holiday All bookings must be made using our booking form, signed and accompanied by a deposit of £100.00 per person. Provisional bookings can be accepted by phone, fax or e-mail and will be held for three working days pending the receipt of the appropriate deposit. Our contract with you will take effect once we receive your booking form and deposit and we have issued you with a confirmation invoice. Your remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the departure date or immediately should the booking be made within 8 weeks of departure. If Ski Royale does not receive the balance as indicated they reserve the right to cancel the booking without further reference to the customer and any deposit paid shall be forfeited. 2. Alterations to the booking If you wish to make alterations to your booking after the contract is formed, we will do our best to arrange this. Please note that any changes to your flight departure dates already booked by yourselves may incur hefty costs with the airline. 3. Cancellation of a holiday by the Client You, or any member of your party may cancel your holiday at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person signing the booking form and is communicated to us in writing.

If your cancellation falls within your insurance policy terms, you may be able to reclaim
these charges.
4.
Alterations to your holiday by
Ski Royale
As our holidays are booked
many months in advance, we reserve the right to make any changes necessary. In the event of a major
change you have the
choice of
a) accepting the change, b) purchasing another holiday
from us or c) cancelling your holiday in which case we will offer a full refund.
5.
Cancellation
by Ski Royale
In
the unlikely event we have to cancel your holiday, all monies paid will be
returned in full. Circumstances beyond our control do not include events amounting to 'force majeure' (such circumstances include riot, war, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire,
technical problems with transport, closure or
congestion of airports or ports and adverse weather conditions).
6.
Price Guarantee
Whilst we reserve the right
to change our prices, your confirmation invoice price is
full guaranteed and will not be subject to change.
7.
Insurance
It is a condition of booking that all clients
not taking the Fogg Travel Insurance that we recommend must
have their own ski insurance which has equivalent or higher cover.
8.
Behavior
The client must undertake to behave in such a manner
as not to disrupt the enjoyment of other guests staying in the chalet. The
holiday of any client or party in breach of this clause may be terminated immediately and without compensation and Ski Royale will have no further
obligation to them. Any damages and breakages whether accidental or deliberate will be charged to the client and must be paid for before leaving the chalet.
9.
Ski Hosting
The manager and/or Ski Hosts at Ski Royale have
complete discretion to vary or cancel our skiing programs according
to safety issues, weather conditions and the experience of members. Ski Royale will endeavour to provide a ski
hosting service as advertised, but in unforeseen circumstances (e.g. changes in French
law) we are unable to do so, the client will not be entitled to claim compensation as this is a complimentary service. At
all times clients ski at their own risk, whether free skiing or
accompanied by a member of
staff, Ski
Royale cannot be held responsible for any injuries, however caused.
10.
Complaints
We do try to ensure that your
holiday with us is as enjoyable as possible, If you have a complaint
please inform the Manager in resort who
will try to resolve any problem immediately or
write to
our UK office within 28 days of returning from your holiday.
11.
Liability
We accept
responsibility
for the acts/omissions of our employees, agents, suppliers and sub-contractors.
Ski Royale accepts no
responsibility for the acts or omissions of its clients, whether negligent or otherwise,
and shall not be held liable for any claims
made against our clients either by other clients of Ski Royale or
third parties.
Note: The client
agrees to co-operate fully with
Ski Royale or our insurers in respect of any legal proceedings
which Ski Royale or our insurers may take against the
relevant suppliers and/or third parties. In the event of personal
injury unconnected with arrangements made by Ski
Royale, assistance
will be given where appropriate subject to reasonable
discretion.
12.
Visas
It
is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport and/or any visa
necessary before travelling.
Please
note that most flights will arrive in Geneva which is not an EC member.
13.
Financial Protection
Your holiday payment is held in a
Barclays trust account until the start of your holiday.
14.
Brochure
The information
contained in our on-line brochure is correct to the best of our knowledge at
the time of going live, but may be subject to alteration if circumstances occur beyond
our control.
15.
Law & Jurisdiction
These
conditions and any contract to which they apply are governed in all
respects by English Law and
shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the
courts of England & Wales.
