1. Booking a holiday
All bookings must be made using our booking form, signed and accompanied by a deposit of £150.00 per person. Provisional bookings can be accepted by phone, fax or e-mail and will be held for three working days pending the receipt of the appropriate deposit. Our contract with you will take effect once we receive your booking form and deposit and we have issued you with a confirmation invoice. Your remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the departure date or immediately should the booking be made within 8 weeks of departure. If Ski Royale does not receive the balance as indicated they reserve the right to cancel the booking without further reference to the customer and any deposit paid shall be forfeited.
2. Alterations to the booking
If you wish to make alterations to your booking after the contract is formed, we will do our best to arrange this. Please note that any changes to your flight departure dates already booked by yourselves may incur hefty costs with the airline.
3. Cancellation of a holiday by the Client
You, or any member of your party may cancel your holiday at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person signing the booking form and is communicated to us in writing.
Cancellation charges will be made as follows:
|Period before scheduled departure within
which written cancellation is received
|Amount of charge as %
of the total holiday cost
|Over 8 weeks||Loss of Deposit|
|4 – 8 weeks||50%|
|2 – 4 weeks||70%|
|2 weeks – departure day||100%|
If your cancellation falls within your insurance policy terms, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
